THE MEMORY TOUR

Note: only 15 people can take the tour at a time. Advance reservations recommended.
Pivot Arts is pleased to announce the World Premiere of THE MEMORY TOUR, a site-specific performance piece structured as a tour. Audience members take a tour through the world of memory with a unique blend of live performances, video, an interactive app and interactive experiences. The Memory Tour includes written works that enable audiences to witness other people’s memories as well as devised moments that enables viewers to have the opportunity to connect with their past.
The Memory Tour begins at 5252 N. Broadway Avenue where audience members will be greeted by a “Memory Docent” who will lead small groups through a guided tour of Memory. Tour dates are Saturdays and Sundays at 11am and 2pm from September 10 through October 9. The tour runs about 90 minutes long. You will need to bring a smart phone, headphones and download the free app VAMONDE. Tickets are $22.
The MEMORY TOUR will feature Sharon Lanza, Ashlyn Lozano, Ann James, Brandon Rivera, Kate Smith and Alejandro Tey.
The Memory Tour is created in partnership with FLATSstudio. The project is conceived and created by Julieanne Ehre and Tanya Palmer with text by Isaac Gomez, Brett Neveu and Tanya Palmer.
